Clise Properties
Clise Properties' 1700 Building in Seattle received The Office Building of the Year Award, or TOBY, from BOMA International for 2004-05 in the Pacific Northwest. The 24-story office tower, completed in 2001, has been entered in the Building Owners and Managers Association's international competition.
